Shipping FAQ

Q) Do you ship internationally? A) is pleased to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. If UPS, US Post Office or FedEx delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. We can even ship on your Fed Ex or DHL account. If you live in Canada, we highly recommend the use of the US Postal Office. Q) How do I determine shipping rates? A) Our online shopping cart will calculate all freight costs for you. There is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart. If you would like to place a large order, please e-mail us and ask us to quote the shipping. For large orders, we are often able to save considerable sums on shipping costs. Q) How long will it take to deliver? A) We ship out our international orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be sent out the next day. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order. For Europe, it can take as little as 3 days and as long as one to two months depending on the method of shipping selected. With previous orders we have found that many times after a parcel has not arrived after a period of time that it may be located at your local post office requiring a signature, or duties. For domestic orders if you need to have your order by a specific date we highly sugguest that you choose UPS 3 Day select and above, or Express Mail by the Post Office. Those methods are guaranteed by the delivery date. The Post Office does not guarantee their Priority Mail Shipping method.  In many cases orders do arrive within the time frame quoted. But Priortiy Mail 2 Day is not a guarantee you will receive your order in 2 Days. This is an average only.  Once we ship the order unless it is shipped by a Premium Shipping method there is nothing we can do to assist with the delivery. Q) Can I get a tracking number for my shipment? A) All orders shipped do come with a tracking number.  UPS, and Express Mail are more detailed than some of the other methods orders.  There have been cases with the Post Office when the tracking number shows any progress at all and then it will just show up to the destination. This is something not within our control. Q) What payments does accept for International orders? A) We accept major credit cards, and PayPal. If you live in a low risk country, are placing a small order and we are shipping to the address listed on your credit card then we will usually just charge your credit card. In many other cases, we will ask you to fill out a Credit card authorization form, and send it back to us. Q) Will I still have to pay duties on my package? A) Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you. Q) When picking a shipping method for APO or FPO address, which country do I select? A) Always select the United States as the country of destination so the proper shipping options are presented. UPS Disclaimer Rates are estimates only based on Prepaid service.
