Return Policy is committed to working with you – our customer, to ensure that all products meet your satisfaction and that any problems you encounter are handled in a timely and professional manner. Due to the nature of products we provide certain rules and regulations apply.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. All items are expected to be returned in their original packaging. All refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the package in our warehouse, although we do everything in our capacity to process refunds sooner.

Faulty Items

Any items received faulty due to manufacturing defect or shipping negligence must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Any items returned found to be non-defective or items that are intentionally returned as non-defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.

Restocking fees are sometimes necessary because these fees are assessed by our suppliers.  Certain items ship directly to you from them.  This helps to keep the sale price and shipping prices at a minimum to you.  When the item is returned, it must be sent back to them in most cases, and they enforce a restocking fee. In some rare cases we may need to charge up to 25%.

Please be advised that items that are returned for reasons that do not appear valid, will also incur charges.

Rules and Exceptions

Items that CANNOT be returned:

• Sterile items may not be returned if the packaging is broken or punctured.
• Products where the intended use is to be in direct contact with the human body may not be returned.
• Any items not in original packaging.
• Items that cause hygiene concerns if returned.

Partial refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

• Items returned more than 45 days after delivery.
• Items that have been used [these items may not warrant a refund at all].
• Items not returned in the condition it was received.

Unauthorized or Refused Items will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. All packages returned must have an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number – any packages returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender. A 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges will be charged for shipments refused by the customer. Additional charges may apply.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Should your return comply with the reasons above, please contact us at 877-782-3675 to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date of the order and cannot be extended or re-issued. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

Shipping Guarantees

Unfortunately we can not guarantee any package sent without a tracking number. This pertains to packages sent USPS to an international or overseas destination. A tracking number is available through the USPS, but the Global Express Mail option must be used. A tracking number is also available by using UPS

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for Holiday’s in which UPS is not working. Once the package is in the hands of UPS, can not guarantee a specific day or time of delivery. requires a signature for all home deliveries and any package damage must be reported to UPS at the time of delivery and the All shipping discrepancies must be reported to within five days of receiving your package.

Please note that UPS can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled – these orders will require an RMA in order to process a return and shipping charges already incurred will not be refunded.
