KOHLER plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation.

Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

In addition, the C3-100 does not fit the San Raphael or San Raphael Powerlite models. * Can I install KOHLER C3 seats myself, or will I need a professional? o The installation of the seat to the toilet can easily be completed by the homeowner. * Is electricity required? o The unit will require power from a GFI outlet within two feet of the toilet and seat for the majority of the seat functions to operate. * How will this affect my energy bill? o This highly efficient product can be operated for pennies a week. A built-in Energy Save function can also be activated to improve the energy efficiency of the unit. This function reduces or turns off power after hours of inactivity. * Is it suitable for children and/or older adults? o This product will enhance the bathroom experience for both men and women of all ages. * How does the warm water supply work? o A valve that is included with the seat supplies fresh water to the seat at which time it is heated by either an in-line water heater (C3-200) or a water tank heater (C3-100). Warm water will then flow to the wands when the wash function is activated. * Is there a risk of splashing? o A User sensor built into the seats prevents the wands from inadvertently being activated and water splashing out of the bowl. * What colors can I choose from? o KOHLER C3 toilet seats are available in White or Biscuit.
